These three books hold secrets that are worth 5,000 dollars.

I started iincmm to publish my books. Since then, I have helped multiple people publish their books.

One constant is true of traditional publishing, self-publishing, and other types of publishing. Marketing, marketing, marketing! Marketing is a cantankerous enigma that plagues the least to the most famous authors.

I probably spend an easy three thousand to five thousand dollars a year to market my books. This includes editing, designing, advertising, and publicity.

Most well-known authors rely on the publisher to do their marketing for them. Which probably starts at around $25,000.

Indie authors probably start around $10,000.

Then there is the rest of us with modest budgets from $100.00 to $1000.00.

So if you are asking; Why a scavenger hunt?

Marketing, building my audience, selling some books, maybe blowing five thousand dollars, PR, and more. 

Most importantly, I need to stop throwing my money away on the empty promises of promoters, marketers, scammers and the like.

Marketing is a science, but it is not an exact science, and there is no guarantee.

If you want to continue this dialogue, then I suggest you to some research or watch a couple of YouTube videos about publishing and marketing.

However, if you are interested in a scavenger hunt that could net you $5000 dollars let’s not waste anymore of your time.

Arthur S. Newman is preparing to release a new novel. I always look forward to a fresh book launch. What I find frustrating is the process of shopping my book to Literary Agents. Frankly, I am tired of the current process, write a dazzling letter about yourself and your book to attract someone you will never hear from. As much as I would love to lasso the attention of a Literary Agent, I do not want to write one hundred letters to one hundred agencies...STOP. Doesn't that sound so futile. There has to be another way.

Time waits for no one!

A Bible Proverb states; "I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all." 

- Or put this way: "I have seen something further under the sun, that the swift do not always win the race, nor do the mighty win the battle, nor do the wise always have the food, nor do the intelligent always have the riches, nor do those with knowledge always have success, because time and unexpected events overtake them all."

I write this novel in memory of all those who left something undone because they ran out of time, remembering that there is never enough time, especially when you’re out of time.
